Lunch : 11.30am.. 1 keping tosei + gravy... at 1.00PM Jusco Tebrau... semangkuk Yong Tau Fu.. ehemmmm kongsi berdua dgn puteh.. tu pon x banyak yg kami amik.. mmg sedap mhirup sup panas..time sejuk2 nikmattt.. x caya tanya ain...
Dinner : x sempat balik keja trus bdezup gi pasar mlm.. beli buah.. beli sayur.. beli kopok lekor.. otw gi tesco mkn kopok lekor kecik2 4 ketul + 1 botol air 0 500ml.. blik umah tgok sayur buncis byak lg.. duk mratah.. sayang...
Pssttt--> workout kat tesco ekeke.. jd no nasi for today.... :)

Update utk 29 July
Bfast : Special Kellogg's + Susu + 1 keping wholemeal bread
OTM : tetiba nak kunyah something teringat ada lg 2 pack comel kopok.. 1 bg kat puteh.. 1 lg aku mknnnn...
Lunch : Nasi 1/2 + terung grg sambal + ikan caru bako + Bayam rebus...
OTM : duk mkn rambutan..
Dinner : 5 keping biskut kering cicah sambal tumis (sedapppp) + epal sebiji...
Pstttt.. air 0 sentiasa 1.5 ltr or 2 ltr... Dinner b4 7pm or 8pm...
Hari nieh workout kat umah dgn anak2...berpeluh jgk...

Lunch : Nasi 1/2 + Tempe masak Ungkep + Sambal telur
OTM : 3 gelas air kosong
Dinner : Mamee itik.. huhuhu berebut dgn anak..x last dpt mkn suku.. + buah pear madu + 3 gelas air 0
psssttt... Ayu (klo dier baca)mmg sedaplah mamee itik.. x rugi aku beli 1 pack..
Workout---> Jogging dgn hubby dan anak2.. 2 laps 1/2

Lunch : Nasi 1/2 + terung grg + ikan grg
Dinner : KFC hahahaha abis aku... 1 ketul ayam grg + 6 sudu kecil coselow + 3 sudu kecil mash potato... Air strawberry marinda... (info.. mkn seketul pon x abis..)
Workout--> jogging with hubby... 2 laps

Update lg...
Bfast : 2 keping roti wholemeal + jem roselle + air kosong 2 gelas..
OTM : ngunyah keropok mee yg free kolestrol n fat..
Lunch : 1/4 nasi grg... 1/4 kwey tiaw grg.. 1 keping tempe grg + sambal kicap
OTM : minum air banyak2.. duk terkucil jer..
Dinner : 2 keping wholemeal + fried egg + tomato slice + salad...
after workout.. minum air banyakkk.. then kunyah kacang kopek skit + sekeping biskut kering tiger + pear madu sebiji...
k.. time to beraduuuuu..

1st update..
timbang berat.. pagi ini.. 69.3kg (tu pon blum poo2 lg.. ntah hari nie lambat lak.. biasa pg2 mesti poo2..)
Bfast : Plain water + banana fritter 5pcs tiny2.. hehehe
OTM : 3 Cocktail sosej
Lunch : Mee hoon sup+ plain water...
OTM : 1/2 mini pizza.. + teh O
Dinner : Apple + plain water...
* No workout today.. Bzzzzz.. MIL cominggg..

1st target : 68kg
2nd target : 66kg
3rd target : 63kg
actually berat kita b4 22 julai 2010 ---> 72kg tp after x sampai 1 month consume minuman kesihatan + diet seimbang... work out.. alhamdulillah turun 2kg..
K.. InsyaAllah sok ahad kita start update berat... :)
++++ nak ucap thanks ssgt pd cousin yg sudi bg pinjam scale elektronik... hemm nak kena beli niehhhh...
