1st update..

timbang berat.. pagi ini.. 69.3kg (tu pon blum poo2 lg.. ntah hari nie lambat lak.. biasa pg2 mesti poo2..)

Bfast : Plain water + banana fritter 5pcs tiny2.. hehehe
OTM : 3 Cocktail sosej
Lunch : Mee hoon sup+ plain water...
OTM : 1/2 mini pizza.. + teh O
Dinner : Apple + plain water...

* No workout today.. Bzzzzz.. MIL cominggg..
