Lunch : Nasi 1/2 + terung grg sambal + ikan caru bako + Bayam rebus...
OTM : duk mkn rambutan..
Dinner : 5 keping biskut kering cicah sambal tumis (sedapppp) + epal sebiji...
Pstttt.. air 0 sentiasa 1.5 ltr or 2 ltr... Dinner b4 7pm or 8pm...
Hari nieh workout kat umah dgn anak2...berpeluh jgk...
